What to include in your message
Let us know which Paylendar version you use, your device and system version, and what went wrong. Steps that reproduce the issue are especially helpful. You can also attach a screenshot, as long as it does not contain sensitive information.
Frequently asked questions
Where is my data stored?
Your plans and settings are stored locally on your device. Paylendar does not upload their contents to the developer's server.
Does Paylendar sync through iCloud?
No. Version 1.0 does not synchronize Paylendar data between devices using iCloud or CloudKit. Core app data remains local to the device.
How do notifications work?
Your device schedules reminders locally. Their delivery can depend on notification permissions, Focus modes and system settings, so a reminder should not be your only way of tracking a critical deadline.
How can I delete my data?
You can delete individual items in Paylendar or remove the app together with its locally stored data. Paylendar's developer cannot remotely access or delete this local database for you.
How are Premium purchases handled?
Apple processes App Store payments, while RevenueCat helps validate purchases and determine Premium status. Neither service receives the contents of your plans from Paylendar.
Does restoring Premium restore my plans?
No. Restoring a supported purchase can restore Premium access, but it does not restore local plan data or synchronize it between devices.
Does Paylendar connect to my bank?
No. Paylendar helps you plan payments and income, but it cannot access bank accounts, move money or provide financial advice.
Complaints
You may submit complaints concerning Paylendar or purchased Premium features to paylendar@gmail.com.
Where possible, describe the problem and include the app version, device, system version and steps that lead to the problem. Do not send passwords, online banking credentials or full payment card numbers.
Complaints are handled without undue delay and within the period required by applicable law.
App Store purchases and refund requests are handled according to Apple's rules; submitting a complaint does not create an automatic right to a refund.
