When using Paylendar, you should also review the Privacy Policy.

Additional contact information required by applicable law, including the provider's address, is available in the developer/seller information on Paylendar's App Store product page.
1. What Paylendar is
Paylendar is an assistance tool for manually planning and organizing payments, income and deadlines.
Paylendar:
- is not a bank;
- is not a payment institution;
- is not an accounting service;
- does not provide tax, legal or financial advice;
- does not check your bank account balance;
- does not confirm whether a real payment has actually been completed;
- does not make payments or transfers on your behalf.
Information displayed by the app is primarily based on information entered by you and calculations made from that information.
2. Your responsibility for payments and deadlines
You are responsible for:
- the accuracy of information entered into Paylendar;
- checking the actual amounts and deadlines of your obligations;
- making payments and meeting other obligations on time;
- checking the actual status of a payment;
- verifying important information with your bank, merchant, service provider or other relevant party.
Paylendar is intended to help with organization, but it should not be your only source of information about important financial obligations.
3. Notifications are not guaranteed
Paylendar notifications are a convenience feature.
The app is designed to schedule reminders correctly, but it cannot guarantee that every notification will be delivered or displayed at an exact time.
Notification delivery may be affected by factors including:
- notification permission;
- system settings;
- Focus modes;
- lock-screen settings;
- device state;
- operating system limitations;
- system updates;
- changes to time or time zone;
- application or system errors.
If missing a deadline could result in fees, interest, penalties, service interruption or other significant consequences, you should also monitor that deadline independently of Paylendar.
4. Accuracy of information
Paylendar does not have access to your actual bank account status or your service providers' systems.
The app cannot independently verify whether:
- an entered amount is correct;
- a deadline has been changed by a service provider;
- a payment has actually been completed;
- stored information remains current.
You are responsible for keeping information in the app up to date and verifying it where appropriate.
5. Local data and no guaranteed backup
In the current version, Paylendar information is stored locally and is not synchronized by Paylendar between devices.
Deleting the app, deleting information, device failure, resetting a device or another event may result in loss of local information.
Apple may create system backups of app data depending on your device settings, but Paylendar does not guarantee that a backup will be created or can be restored.
You should keep an independent source of information for particularly important payments and obligations.
6. Premium and purchases
Paylendar may offer paid Premium functionality through Apple App Store in-app purchases.
Available products, their current price, billing period and the functionality included with the purchase are displayed before you confirm the purchase.
Paylendar may offer:
- a monthly subscription;
- an annual subscription;
- a one-time Premium purchase.
The availability of particular purchase options may change.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are handled by Apple and may renew automatically according to the terms displayed by the App Store before purchase.
Apple charges the payment method associated with your Apple account.
You can manage or cancel a subscription through your Apple account subscription settings.
Cancelling a subscription prevents the next renewal according to Apple's rules. Premium access may remain active until the end of the period that has already been paid for.
If a free trial or promotional offer is available, its terms are displayed before you start the purchase.
One-time purchase
A one-time Premium purchase is not a renewable subscription and does not create recurring charges.
It grants access to the Premium entitlement associated with that product according to the information displayed before purchase.
A one-time purchase does not constitute a promise that the app, operating system or every current feature will remain available without change indefinitely. This does not affect any rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Restoring purchases
Paylendar allows supported purchases to be restored through Apple and RevenueCat.
Restoring a Premium purchase does not restore your locally stored plan information and is not a Paylendar cross-device data synchronization feature.
Payments and refunds
App Store payments are handled by Apple.
Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled according to Apple's rules and processes. The Paylendar developer does not directly process the payment card used for an App Store purchase.
7. RevenueCat
Paylendar uses RevenueCat to technically manage Premium status, purchases, subscriptions and purchase restoration.
The availability of purchase-related operations may depend on the correct operation of Apple and RevenueCat services and on network availability.
Details about information used to manage Premium are described in the Paylendar Privacy Policy.
8. Lawful use
Paylendar may only be used in accordance with applicable law and the rights of others.
You must not use the app to facilitate, organize or carry out unlawful activity, including fraud, scams or other illegal conduct.
You are responsible for the information you enter into the app and for the way you use Paylendar.
Because plan information is currently stored locally, the Paylendar developer does not monitor or approve the content entered by users.
The Paylendar developer is not responsible for unlawful conduct by a user or for content entered by a user, subject to any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Interfering with the app
You should not:
- attempt to bypass Premium or purchase protections;
- intentionally interfere with the operation of the app or services used to manage purchases;
- use Paylendar in a way that infringes the intellectual property rights of the developer or third parties.
Additional license restrictions are also governed by Apple's Standard EULA described below.
10. External links and services
Paylendar may allow you to save or open links to external websites or services.
The Paylendar developer does not control the content, availability, security or practices of external websites and services.
You should independently verify an external website or service before providing it with sensitive information.
11. Availability and errors
Paylendar is developed with the intention of providing reliable functionality, but software may contain errors and its operation may depend on the operating system, device and services provided by Apple or other providers.
Paylendar cannot guarantee:
- uninterrupted operation;
- complete absence of software errors;
- delivery of every notification;
- permanent availability of every external service;
- compatibility with every future operating system version.
Paylendar may receive updates required to fix bugs, improve security, maintain compatibility or develop functionality.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Paylendar developer is not liable for losses, fees, interest, penalties, service interruption or other damage resulting solely from reliance on information, deadlines, statuses or reminders displayed by Paylendar, including consequences resulting from:
- failure to make a payment;
- making a payment late;
- entering incorrect or outdated information;
- a notification not being delivered or being delivered late;
- failure to verify information with the relevant service provider;
- loss of locally stored information on a device;
- use of the app contrary to its intended purpose or applicable law.
Paylendar is an assistance tool and does not replace your independent monitoring of obligations.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits the developer's liability or your rights where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
13. Intellectual property
Paylendar, its name, code, interface design, graphics and other elements created for the app are protected by rights belonging to their respective owner, unless a particular element is provided by a third party under separate terms.
Using Paylendar does not transfer intellectual property rights in the application to you.
Your license to use the app is also subject to the applicable Apple terms.
14. Apple Standard EULA
Apps obtained through the App Store are licensed under Apple's applicable rules.
If no separate custom EULA is provided for Paylendar through App Store Connect, the license to use Paylendar is subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
Apple Standard EULA:

These Terms of Use additionally describe Paylendar-specific matters such as user responsibility for payments, reminder behavior, local information and Premium. They do not replace mandatory user rights or Apple terms applicable to the license and purchases.
15. Changes to Paylendar
Paylendar may be updated to:
- fix errors;
- improve security;
- maintain compatibility with new system versions;
- introduce new functionality;
- change or improve existing functionality;
- comply with App Store or legal requirements.
Material changes to paid functionality or these Terms will be reflected in the current version of this document.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
16. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated if the way Paylendar works, the Premium model, external services or applicable requirements change.
The current version and last-updated date will be available on the Paylendar website.
17. Type and scope of the service
Paylendar provides tools for manually creating and organizing payment and income plans, displaying schedules and deadlines, setting local reminders, and viewing statistics and widgets where available for the relevant version. Optional Premium features may provide additional functionality.
The current version stores core app data locally and does not provide iCloud or CloudKit synchronization.
18. Technical requirements
Using Paylendar requires a compatible Apple device, an operating system version supported by the current Paylendar version, and a correctly installed copy of the app.
An internet connection is not required for every basic local operation. It may be required to download the app or updates, purchase Premium, verify Premium status, restore purchases, manage a subscription, or open external websites and services.
19. Technical risks
Using devices and network services involves ordinary technical risks, including device failure, loss of local data, network problems, unavailability of Apple or RevenueCat services, malware, and unauthorized access to an unsecured device.
Keep your operating system up to date and protect your device with a passcode and, where available, Face ID or Touch ID.
20. Starting and ending use
You start using the free part of Paylendar by installing and using the app. You may stop using it and delete the app at any time. Deleting the app may delete its locally stored data.
A Premium purchase is made through the Apple App Store purchase system. You can manage or cancel a subscription through your Apple account. Cancelling does not necessarily end access immediately; Premium may remain available until the end of the paid period.
21. Complaints
You may submit a complaint concerning Paylendar or purchased features to paylendar@gmail.com.
Where possible, include a description of the problem, the Paylendar version, your device or platform, system version, and steps that lead to the problem. Do not send passwords, online banking credentials, or full payment card numbers.
Complaints will be handled without undue delay and within any response period required by applicable consumer law.
App Store purchases and refund requests remain subject to Apple's rules and processes; submitting a complaint does not create an automatic right to a refund.
